loose sidewalks makes me happy☻
In Korea, the sidewalks are made of bricks, instead of cement! So when I walk to school, and around campus I always walk on the “loose” bricks because I love the sound it makes, and I love the feeling!

Sigh…….I come home today, I shower, brush my teeth, and I’m feeling good…then I sit at my desk and……my fluorescent pink highlighter explodes on me, I fall on my bum (randomly) in my room, I realize I have mosquito bites everywhere, my toe-nail is gone, and spill my cup of water on my notebook……………..seriously…what else is new?!...
gotta plan.....
so I realized today…….I have 1 essay, 3 group projects, 2 mid-terms………=(…….I’m scared………I’m scared especially for the essay, because essays were always my weak point……ahhhhh!!!!!

so I look down at my feet and notice my 3rd toenail on my right foot is white (like white as snow). So I look closer and then turns out my nail broke off……=(~

HOME☆PLUS
I finally went to HOME PLUS yesterday! Home Plus is just like Superstore in Canada. So, the reason why I needed to go to Home Plus was because I decided to smarten up and spend my money wisely. I looked in my “cash book” and boy…was that a slap in the face! haha~ so ya! I bought a couple of side-dishes along with some microwavable rice!

I learned an interesting I guess onomatopoeia yesterday: 포동포동=po-dong-po-dong. It’s a polite way to say that someone has baby fat~ or like….have cheeks that are really round/rosy! One of my buddies here in KU told me I was po-dong-po-dong~ hahah~ this word sounded like grape to me in Korean (grape=포도=po-do)~ so I was like….”you think I look like a grape????” lol!

so I was just sitting in my room surfing the net…then I turned around and saw that there was an “exit” sign above my door! hahahahah! I thought that was funny….

a month of......?
So….it’s already been about a month since I’ve arrived here in Seoul, South Korea. I still feel like I haven’t settled in yet. Everyday I feel like I forgot something, or I need to buy something for my apartment, or I need to buy food! CRAZY!!!!! To me it doesn’t feel like I’m in school at all! I feel like my classes are tutoring lessons or something....

HELLO EVERYBODY!
Today was no ordinary day. After all my classes we went to a stadium at KU to practice “cheering” for the Korea Uni vs. Yonsei Uni games! The cheering took about 4 hours to do! it’s mosquito season here now…..oh dear….a lot of mosquitos are popping out now~ BUT I didn’t get bit yet…let’s hope it stays that way~ I had a fight with one in the elevator today! The winner is still undecided! haha~

I learned about personality in Korean class today. There were soooooo many personality traits in Korean! It’s so hard to memorize all of them…..they all sound the same too! =S! What should I do?! I’m pretty sure, if I get tested on it, then I’m totally gonna fail…..sigh…….hahaha! We’re gonna learn how to do...

I was walking home from KU (Korea University) today, and all of a sudden I got stopped by two, I would say high 20’s low 30’s in age, korean women. They said “OH!!! WAIT A MINUTE!!!!!”
Now….this was where it all spun out of control………keep in mind the korean word for “exchange student” and “church” sound somewhat similar.
